Career Opportunity Selection

The first step of the process toward becoming a Precyse Colleague, is to search our current job listings. Please use our search page to begin.

Application

Once you have identified an opportunity of interest, you can apply using the online application form on the right hand side. You will immediately receive notification that we have received your application. A Talent Acquisition Specialist will review your information and determine whether or not any of our current openings are a match for your background.

If you are unable to locate a suitable opportunity, please Submit Your Profile to be considered for future opportunities with Precyse. You can also sign up for the RSS Feed and join us on social networks.

Interview

If your background is a match for a current opening, you will be contacted for an initial interview by a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The initial interview will typically range between 30 and 45 minutes. This will take place over the telephone. We will assess your experience against the criteria for the opportunity. You will have time to ask questions of your own regarding the opportunity, the culture, our company and any other areas of interest.

Skills Assessment

If you are applying for a Coding, Auditing, Transcription, or Oncology Data Management opportunity, you will be emailed a skills assessment to complete. This helps us more closely align your expertise with the appropriate opportunity. We ask that you complete the assessment within 48 hours from the time it is sent to you. You will be notified of your results within 1 business day. If your assessment results are in line with the expertise associated to the position for which you are applying, you will be called for a second interview.

Second Interview

This will be an interview with the hiring manager of the position for which you have applied. This interview typically ranges up to an hour or more. You will have the opportunity to ask in depth questions and learn more about the opportunity.

The rest of the interview process is dependent upon the position. Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will be your guide through the interview process and will typically arrange interview times. We ask that you keep in close contact with us during this process. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you!
