The Precyse Coding team consists of more than 375 coders located across 41 states. Each coder receives a full orientation and remote colleagues receive the benefit of 100% new hire QA to ensure they are learning as they progress in their skill sets. All Precyse coders also benefit from having access to a state of the art online training program called Precyse University.

In addition, ongoing support is available to each coding colleague. Your manager will be your primary contact for all of your needs including troubleshooting client issues, arranging an effective work schedule and making sure you always have work waiting, even when transitioning to a new client.

What we look for:

  • A minimum two years' experience coding patient records in a hospital HIM department.
  • A thorough knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology and pathophysiology.
  • A current AHIMA credential.
  • Coding candidates are given a skills assessment to identify their strongest technical skills so that we may more closely match their expertise to one of our opportunities.
